Q: Are you insured ? bonded?

A: Yes, both our company and all of our technicians are fully insured.

Q: How long does it usually take?

A: It usually takes a one / two man crew about 1–2 hours depending on the number of windows, screens, storms, French windows etc.

Q: Will you price match?

A: We will BEAT any price by a minimum of $10.00

Q: What do you use to wash the windows?

A: Our technicians use a combination of joy soap and water to wash the windows. It is environmentally safe, non abrasive and it doesn’t leave streaks.

A: Yes, we are available to service your home seven days a week.

Q: Do I have to be home for outside only window washing or gutter cleaning?

A: No, we will do the work for you and leave a bill in the mailbox for the full amount. Payment is expected within seven days of completed service.

Q: What time of day can I schedule service?

A: 8–10 am, 10–12 am, 12–2 pm, 2–4 pm, and 4–6 pm. We will arrive between these times, because we are doing other jobs in your area.

Q: What if it rains on my scheduled cleaning day?

A: On days when the weather is in question, the customer may contact us. We closely monitor the current weather conditions.

Q: Do I need to be home?

A: First time customers are strongly urged to be home. We would like you to see how we perform the services, and to be available for any questions.

Q: What about the mess? Will my carpet and walls get dirty?

A: Our industrial foam window cleaner leaves no mess. We use drop cloths and, of course, our employees remove their shoes at your front door.

Q: Can I trust the workers?

A: We are fully insured and bonded. We go to great lengths to hire only responsible individuals. We pride ourselves in our staff and their experience.

Q: What do I need to do before your arrival?

A: We have our own supplies and equipment. All we ask is that there is a clear path to the windows. Remove any antiques, heirlooms, breakables, “nick-knacks”, etc. from furniture that may be in front of the window, or on the window sill.

Q: How often should I clean my windows?

A: We have many packages available that can be customized to meet your needs.
